Hello, my name is Jason commonly known as Jake the Snake. I have had Cerebral Palsy since I was born twenty-five years ago.
I have quite an extended family, two brothers and four sisters ranging in age from thirty- five to twenty-nine. As you can tell I'm the youngest and of course the best looking. He He There is about fifteen nieces and nephews all together, but I'm not sure I want to claim all of them. The oldest ones are fine, but the little one's are a pain.
I'm leaving school this year, I'm going to miss it it was great fun, my teachers and aides rather spoiled me. Been using my eyes to communicate with for the last twenty-six years, I look up for yes and down for no. Actually my life is a lot of questions, sometimes my family doesn't hit the right question, then I let them know about it in my own stubborn way.
I live with my mom Sue and my step-dad David; we have a lot of fun together. Mom and David like to golf so they had a golf cart built just for me, so I could go along in the spring and summer and fall. We spend a lot of time on the golf course. There is a picture of me on my golf cart on this page.
Last year I took seven weeks off from school and went to Florida, we stayed in a R.V. park near Cypress Gardens, I had a great time especially liked playing Bingo, even won a couple of times. I also went to Disney Land and attended the shows in the Wild Kindom part of the park this was a special time for me. Oh by the way, they took our Cairn Terriers with us to Florida, Sometimes I think Hot Toddy & Brecken get altogether too much attention.
This summer Mom & David are taking the dogs to Dog Shows & Showing them. They of course plan on taking me along. How could they get along with out me, {Thats what I want to Know}.
